Rise for baby and family is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Certified Educator to join our Early Supports and Services (Birth–3) team serving families across the Monadnock Region.

Our team works collaboratively to help infants and toddlers build the skills they need to learn, grow, and participate fully in family and community life.
What You’ll Do
Providers on our Early Intervention team:
- Support infants and toddlers (birth–3) with developmental delays or disabilities
- Partner with families using a family-centered coaching approach
- Deliver services in homes, child care programs, and community settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IFSP goals
- Help families embed strategies into daily routines and play
- Participate in evaluations and team meetings
What We’re Looking For
We welcome professionals who are:
- Licensed OT, PT, SLP, or NH Certified Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education educator
- Passionate about supporting young children and families
- Strong collaborators who value team-based services
- Comfortable working in home and community-based settings
- Committed to family-centered, inclusive practices

About Rise
Rise for baby and family has supported children and families in the Monadnock Region for over 40 years. Our Early Intervention program provides family-centered services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, helping children grow and thrive in their natural environments. Rise is serving 500 children per year, throughout the region.
Rise serves more than 250 children birth to three annually with early intervention and child care programs.
